Steps of Career Mapping

1. Orientation & Profiling

A structured interview process based on scientific analyses is conducted to deeply understand the student and their family.

2. Forms, Tests & Assessments

Relevant and necessary forms, pre-tests, inventories, surveys, and review files are shared with the student and parents. Submitted materials are carefully analyzed.

3. Evaluation & Initial Reporting

An evaluation report is presented. Based on the student’s personality traits, interests, and skills, three suitable career fields are recommended.

4. Mentor Matching

The student meets mentors who are graduates or current professionals/researchers from leading institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Columbia, Princeton, and Yale in the selected three fields.

5. Field Exploration Task

Mentors assign research-based tasks that allow the student to explore the field in depth and prepare a detailed report.

6. Mentor Feedback & Dialogue

Mentors provide personalized feedback on the student’s work, share insights from their own journey, connect the field to real-world applications, and explain the essential skills needed for school and career preparation. All student questions are answered.

7. Progress Review & Roadmap

Discussion After each mentor meeting, the student evaluates their experience with Kuluçka advisors, discusses potential roadmaps, and engages in in-depth reflection.

8. Final Decision

One career field is prioritized as the main goal. The country, institutions, and strategies needed for this path are identified.

9. Final Report & Family Review

A comprehensive report is presented to the family. It is adjusted based on the student’s priorities and needs. The career journey officially begins.

10. Roadmap Delivery

Kuluçka experts prepare a detailed roadmap including step-by-step application requirements, skill development paths, and career acceleration elements for the chosen institutions and goals.
