What Is HND (Higher National Diploma)?
HND (Higher National Diploma) is a higher education qualification accredited by Pearson, the UK-based awarding body. It is equivalent to the first two years of a university bachelor’s degree (Level 4–5). Students complete the HND in two years, through a project-based and fully online structure, and then gain the right to apply for the final year (Top-Up) of a bachelor’s program at hundreds of universities around the world. This makes it possible to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in just three years.
